Reservation Policy

Corkage

You are welcome to bring your own wine; a corkage fee of HKD 500 per (750ml) bottle / HKD 1,000 per Magnum bottle. Other spirits; HKD 1,000 per bottle. 10% service charge applies.

Cakeage

Outside pastries are acceptable with a fee of HKD 200 per cake up to 2-pound / HKD 300 per 3-pound cake. 10% service charge applies.

Children

Duddell’s welcomes children in all areas except for The Upper Room at Duddell's from 6 PM onwards.

Dietary

Special arrangement can be made for guests with dietary restrictions. A minimum of 72-hour notice prior to your reservation is required for any dietary requirements, as we are unable to guarantee any alternatives on the day.

Dress Code

The Dress code at Duddell's is smart casual. No sportswear, beachwear & flip-flops. No open-toed shoes for Gentleman.

Decorations

You are welcome to bring decorations for reservations in the private dining rooms. However, please note that lit candles, glitter, and confetti are not permitted.

Please be advised that decorations are not allowed for regular table bookings.

Upgrades / Pre-order

Please be aware that full payment for all items is required, and any cancellations or changes made within 72-hours are non-refundable.

Please note that your deposit is secured through a third-party company, Stripe. In case of refund, Stripe will charge you 5% of your deposit as processing fee. The restaurant will not be able to support this charge on your stead.

Additionally, some dishes require advance pre-order notice and will not be available on the day of your event. These items are clearly indicated on the menu for your convenience.

Booking Cancellation

Any adjustment or cancellation 72-hours within the reservation or in case of no show, will forfeit any payment made. The outstanding amount will be settled at the end of your meal.

Weekend Brunch
We ask a deposit of HKD 300 per person in order to confirm and secure reservations.

Lunch & Dinner
An advance deposit payment of HKD 1,000 is required in order to confirm and secure reservations.

Private Dining Room Cancellation

We require an advance deposit payment of 50% the Private Dining Area’s Minimum spending in order to confirm and secure reservations.

Any adjustment or cancellation 72-hours within the reservation or in case of no show, will forfeit any payment made. The outstanding amount will be settled at the end of your meal.

We understand plans can change, so please let us know as soon as possible if you need to cancel. We will be delighted to assist in rescheduling your table within a 30 days period after the original booking date.
