About Pickup & Delivery
• Enjoy free delivery to one location within Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, and New Territories for any purchase of HKD 4,000 or above (excluding outlying islands and Hong Kong International Airport districts).
• For purchases below HKD 4,000, delivery option is available with a fee of HKD 350 for addresses within Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories (excluding outlying islands and Hong Kong International Airport districts).
• Available Period: 6 – 15 February, 2026
Pick up: 12PM - 8PM at Duddell’s Central
Delivery: 11AM - 7PM
• Pick up and delivery can only be arranged at least 2 days after order is placed.
• Guests must present the email confirmation or original vouchers upon redemption. Original price will be charged in absence of the email confirmation or original vouchers.
• Purchased Chinese New Year Puddings are non-refundable, non-returnable, and are not for re-sale or other commercial purposes.
• In case of any dispute, the decision of Duddell’s shall be final.
