Hairy crab is undoubtedly one of the most anticipated seasonal delicacies. Available from 21 October to 14 December, we present a refined 8-course Hairy Crab Tasting Menu ($1,688 per person +10%), and an extensive selection of a la carte delicacies, including Stir-fry Milk and Egg White with Hairy Crab Roe, Braised Imperial Bird’s Nest with Hairy Crab Roe, Steamed Garoupa with Egg and Hairy Crab Roe, and more. Diners can also opt for an additional wine pairing ($1,088 per person +10%) to take the exquisite experience to the next level.

Duddell's signature X.O. sauce is made of premium Hokkaido dried scallop (conpoy), sun-dried shrimp, Jinhua ham and fresh red chilli – true flavours of Hong Kong.



Aromatic and full of umami, our X.O. sauce is the best companion to seafood, vegetable and meat dishes. You may choose to add it in when you are stir-flying the dish, or enjoy it as a dipping sauce. The X.O. sauce can also be added to your noodles or rice for a sublime flavour.
